Hazy Ipa Yeast

Post by Ghaze » Fri May 20, 2022 8:55 am

Good Morning Brewers,

Hazy Ipa's I have currently only used the Wyeast Labs London Ale III for Hazy IPA's and had some great results with the haze and overall hop and malt mouthfeel.

Would you recommend any other yeast strains that are worth trying ?

Much appreciated ! :D :D :D :D

Yeast isn't typically what makes IPA's 'Hazy', its either massive hopping (haze being as a secondary effect) or adjuncts (specifically to create a haze)

So I suppose the question to you is...
What are you wanting to improve/change or do you just fancy a go at another recipe?

... Or put another way 😀
I get the feeling this is not a yeast question 👍
