Dry kolsch yeast

Post by Rookie » Sun Nov 03, 2024 4:46 pm

I'm brewing a best bitter tomorrow and my cellar's temperature right now is perfect for using the dry kolsch yeast. I've done this before and it came out good.
I'm just here for the beer.

Interesting. Presumably it tasted a bit different?

Don't think I've ever had a Kolsch.

Not really, it's fairly neutral.
I'm just here for the beer.
