Brewlab culture viability

I streaked two blank slants and started 40mls of 1.030 absolutely sterile wort from a Brewlab slant last night. I usually start 4mls of absolutely sterile 1.020 wort from a slant and use the 4ml starter to pitch 40mls of absolutely sterile 1.030 wort 24 hours later. However, I decided to dump the 4mls of absolutely sterile wort into the Brewlab culture after streaking two new slants. After capping and shaking the culture, I pitched the 4mls of inoculated 1.020 wort in the Brewlab culture tube into 40mls of absolutely sterile wort. I fully expected the culture to take 36 to 48 hours to start; however, it started in less than 24 hours. My propagation schedule is completely blown!
