Hi,
Been lagering a lager (surprising that) at 7.5 Degree's c (only because that is as low as my brew-fridge will go). Been lagering for 5 weeks, do you think I can get away with re-priming or should I add yeast as a precaution to ensure carbonation..... feeling lazy as I have a lager, pilsner and dunkel to bottle and could do with out a yeast addition faff.
Thanks
Hoptimus

Re: Lagering temp and yeast for a lager prime
I've gone 12 weeks at lower temps and had no problem carbing without adding anymore yeast.Hoptimus Fine wrote:Hi,
