WLP002 is my house yeast I use for most of my beers but I may well buy a packet of this as a an emergency back up.

Re: Lallemand London ESB Premium Yeast
I plan to try a pack or two once the weather cools down a bit and I start brewing again.
I'm just here for the beer.
Re: Lallemand London ESB Premium Yeast
I'll be keen to try this, but can't find an info about UK release.
Re: Lallemand London ESB Premium Yeast
If they sell that in small amounts I can see it doing well as a "back-up" style fridge pack. At the bottom currently though it talks about 500g packs.....
Re: Lallemand London ESB Premium Yeast
They do have 11g packs in Canada it seems where they rolled it out first

Re: Lallemand London ESB Premium Yeast
I hope it's available in sachets in the next few months as I've got a brew planned that requires it. I know I'm lazy but I do prefer using dried rather than liquid.
Maybe one day though..........

Re: Lallemand London ESB Premium Yeast
Just seen a tweet from Lallemand UK saying that it is now available in both 500g and 11g sachets.
So I would expect to see it appearing in all your favourite home brew stores fairly soon.

Excellent
I e-mailed them earlier this morning about it. Maybe they'll give me some free samples? Here's hoping anyway.
Cheers. Tom

In a tweet further down the feed it says it's stocked at Murphys & Sons. Can't see it on their website thoughJocky wrote:Just seen a tweet from Lallemand UK saying that it is now available in both 500g and 11g sachets.

Re: Lallemand London ESB Premium Yeast
I found a web store that lists it, but are temporarily out of stock. They say they'll have more on Tuesday. If they do I'll get several packs. I have an amber ale first on my list to brew once the weather cools down a bit and I'm thinking I'll get it a go with this yeast.Padalac wrote:Sounds interesting. Now the race is on to try itfirst! It's in the States and now they have posted that they will be getting more on the 18th instead of the 6th. I may have to search around a bit more.Padalac wrote:Mind saying which?
