BRY-97

Had a bit of a slow start.
At the 24 hour mark, but going good now.

Don't worry about it - BRY-97 is notorious for being one of the slowest-starting yeasts around.

I'm not worried, I've used it before. It ended up going from 1.048 to 1.007 by day four.

Is that a 2.5 gallon carboy? Not long after I bought one, around 1997 or so, they stopped making them.
Sommeliers recommend that you swirl a glass of wine and inhale its bouquet before throwing it in the face of your enemy.

That looks like it for sure.
I picked up a couple of these from a liquidation store in Portland, OR back in the late 90s.

That's when I bought mine, but from a local home-brew shop and was informed by the owner not long after that they were no longer being made anywhere.
