Kolsch and MJ 54 yeast

Post by Midlife » Sun Apr 18, 2021 12:50 pm

Hello,

I can cobble together some leftover malts before I reorder, and my ingredients let me brew a Kolsch. I also have a spare MJ 54 Californian lager yeast and was wondering if anyone has tried it for a Kolsch? And if its any good?

Cheers.

Kolsch is a top fermented beer.
