Funky TC

Just properly tasted my TC after pretty much leaving it for the past 3 weeks, Nice and clear very drinkable with a slight dry aftertaste all in all very plesant.

Used 4 litres of asda's finest el cheepo 4 for £3 apple juce started with bread yeast for a week then bunged in a packet of beer yeast to finish with gave it a sloosh around the 5 litre bottle every few days for the first 10 days and then just left it alone.

One I shall be doing again with these results, Just goto se how i am after afew pints of it

I wondered about using bread yeast for a TC.... I've got all the other ingredients just no cider (or other brewing) yeast, I guess it was less than fully successful....?

Original brewing of TC is done only with bread yeast!

So it could be worth a try then? How much would I use? And would I be better to start it or put it in dry?

A teaspoon should be fine. Just chuck it in.
