Into the "experimental" stage with TC at the mo - latest DJ contained 4l apple juice, .5KG unrefined sugar, .5KG dark sugar, cinamon, lemons and about 100g of Golden Syrup.
Fermented with youngs cider yeast I now have the best tasting TC at a whopping 13% !!!!

I'm not cheating - Yes it is!!!
Its conditioned into corked wine bottles - its best to treat it that way. I drink it by the wine glass. A pint would probably see me off for the night!!!
