What have I made?

Last November I bought a demijohn, 5 litres of 'proper' apple juice (cloudy and 100% pressed), wine yeast and set it away. After about 2 weeks, the fermentation ceased and a bunged it. I've decided to bottle iit over this weekend and I have no idea what I've made.

The question is....

What is it?! :D

bottled it yesterday and it tastes more like an apple shot with bad consequences! :lol:

Should prove a laugh when I have a bbq!
