Pomegranate,Bluberry & Pressed AJ TC

I did a batch of Pomegranate,Bluberry & Pressed AJ TC a few weeks ago and I tried my first bottle last night, I have to say I was really impressed, it was slightly sparkling and still sweet enough to drink really easily

1 Ltr Pomegrate Pomegranate & Bluberry Juice
3 Ltr Morrissons Pressed Apple AJ
Pectolase
Champagne Yeast

Couldn't be any easier just chuck it all in a DJ, wait till fermentation calms down and rack off and top up with more AJ, let it ferment out ( it took ages) then prime and bottle YUMMY
