Primed and bottled! The raspberry and apple is delish! The others are a bit sour but hopefully this will go with a few weeks of ageing!

Folks, a quick question.

I've primed my bottles with some posh brown sugar. When people say keep it in a warm place for a week or so then somewhere cool. How warm is warm? I can keep it at about 18 degrees constantly, or I can move them beside a boiler (about 30 degrees) for a few days?

Thanks.

18C should be fine. What you are looking for is fermentation temperature, so wherever you did the initial brew (assuming the temp is the same) should be fine. 20C would be ideal.

perfect, thanks trucker. Yeah its between 18 and 20 degree's so that perfect. After a few days I'll move it into the garage which will be between 0 and 10 degrees, hopefully everything will be perfect by Christmas eve!
