yeah they are both great, just ordered 70 europeans worth of stuff there for my new wine/TC brews... I suppose once I get all the proper equipment I'll then cut spending down to a minimum.

I know the feeling Ive started with no gear and gradually building it up, will be much better when im only ordering ingredients and no hardware

Haha, that's what I told the wife, she's given up believing it now, and I do think at one point I believed it myself too......

It will only work if you get stuck on kits and decide that's enough for you, if you take it farther and decide that extract and all grain are the way to go then it never ends.....
