hi still trying to perfect this west country clone tc thing... has anybody got close? ive tried bramleys, tea, honey. i know true cider is a blend of apples but how can we get that taste? I see people add raisans what do this do to the taste?

I have one on at th eminute with a mix of different AJ in there to see if it makes a difference.
