tc fermenting, is this normal

tc fermenting, is this normal

this is my 1st batch of tc and was not sure if this looks normal ( used to seeing a frothy head on top of beer) it seems like all the blended bramley apple mush is at the top and the yeast is clinging to it and making these strange shapes, will it be ok to leave it alone because it is fermenting and i can see the bubbles popping through the mush or should i mix it all in.
