ASDA fruit juice wine 3 for £1.20p recipe

This recipe will make 1 gallon of fruit juice wine.
ingredients:
1lt-orange&peach and passionfruit juice.
1lt-white grape juice.
800gm-sugar(in syrup form)
1tsp-pektolase.
1/2tsp-tannin.
1/2tsp-nutrient.
1tsp-yeast-compound.
METHOD:
put the grape juice and fruit juice in the demijohn with the cold sugar syrup the add the rest of the ingredients,
top up with cold water,fit airlock and ferment out.
The wine will be ready to drink in 3-6 months
I like to leave it for at least 12 months before drinking
if you can't wait.

thanks for posting that mate, i am not sure what type of sugar you mean? Can you show me some via an image or something?

just add as much boiling water as needed to dilute the sugar and to make a sugar solution (syrup)
for 800g of sugar, id guess at about 1/2 pint of water.

its a similar recipe to the infamous Wurzel Orange wine, but with more sugar for some reason.

right mate, thankyou !!! That is dead simple, but i didnt know what it was..

Brewing chamber no.3 is in cleaning now, so i think ill have a go at this.
