ingredients:
1lt-orange&peach and passionfruit juice.
1lt-white grape juice.
800gm-sugar(in syrup form)
1tsp-pektolase.

1/2tsp-tannin.
1/2tsp-nutrient.
1tsp-yeast-compound.
METHOD:
put the grape juice and fruit juice in the demijohn with the cold sugar syrup the add the rest of the ingredients,
top up with cold water,fit airlock and ferment out.
The wine will be ready to drink in 3-6 months

I like to leave it for at least 12 months before drinking
