Anyone done anything with Pumpkin before?

Post by jason123 » Sat Sep 18, 2010 12:15 pm

Got about a dozen big pumpkins on the allotment that me and my lad have grown this year. After the pumpkin party for the kids what the fucX do i do with the pumpkin left overs. There will be tons of the stuff and no one else in our house likes it.

Any ideas?

If anybody is nearby to Spalding and wants some pumpkin please let me know?

Make soup from the flesh and dry and salt the seeds to make a snack to go with some beer

I was hoping for something to do with brewing.

I'm not quite into AG yet so can't try out the bellebouche recipe. Looks like it might have to be soup.
