Reusing Blackberry Must

Racked my blackberry wine into a DJ today to get on with the process of fermenting properly (after starting the ferment on the must for a week first) and just as I was about to throw the must onto the compost heap I had a thought - why not use it for something else?

I've added to the must a couple of litres of apple juice and a litre of white grape. The idea being a sort of turbo type drink, light pink/rose type thing.

Will leave it on the must for a couple of days before racking off into a DJ to finish off. Depending on how it finishes it'll either be served like a cider, or with lemonade/soda over ice.
