I have now strained the grape must and now have 3 gallons of wine.

The gravity has fallen by 40 points to 1042 in 6 days.
It is still fermenting.I will leave it for a couple of weeks before i rack it off the lees.

Anyone now much about how to prune a vine, I have one growing which produces lots of foilage but no grapes, from reading it seems pruning is key, i've tried reading a few pruning guides online but they are as clear as mud.
