Right I am not far off being ready to botr some cider and beer and I need some advice on what bottles I can use the bottles the water came in? These are pressure bottles and I think they will take six bar as I have used them for water rockets lol!!!!

If they were designed to keep carbonated liquid (and assuming your beer isn't going to be carbonated much more highjly) then I can't see a problem myself. But they'll let light through so you'd ideally need to keep them somewhere dark to protect the beer from the light.

I have only today seen comments about light and beer, why is this?
I was talking to my mate today about the bottles and he said he read on a web site brewing shop that they recomend you use these bottles and chuck the water as the bottles are so cheep!!!

Its called lightstrike. There's an entry on wikipedia about it here (so it must be true
)
To be honest though I'm no expert in the physics/chemistry of it but I'm convinced from my early brewing days that keeping beer cool and dark really helps its storage, before odd smells and flavours begin forming.
