Should it smell like THAT?
SWMBO and I created some TC last night. It smells like something's died in there. It was 25L apple juice and some bread yeast. No messing about (all was sanitised though). So...should it smell like that?

Probably the bread yeast. Give it time to ferment and it should settle to something less skunk like.
