Raspberry wheat questions

Hey guys,

I'm about to brew a raspberry wheat beer for the missus. I'm using a very simple recipe then adding raspberry flavouring at bottling. I picked up a bottle of this from hop and grape:

My question is, does anyone have any experience with this? Do you know if it contains any fermentables so I should compensate with the priming sugar? I'm not sure 100ml of this stuff in 20L will be enough, but we'll see...

No idea about the raspberry concentrate, but I make a geordie bitter kit with a few litres of Cranberry and Raspberry juice from sainsbury's and that works for me.

Ah, good tip! I'll give that a shot if this doesn't work out!

In a 20litre batch I find 4 litres of juice gives a nice flavour without being too strong and over powering but I'd be tempted to try a bit less in a light beer or wheat beer.
