turkish deliight wine??
Re: turkish deliight wine??
yeah maybe i was a bit too hasty, it did taste orrible tho! if i was going to try it again do you think i should try heat it to try get rid of the preservative or just try again in the same way as before but with a better fv? the yeast ended up dropping out too.....so not sure how successful any other attempt would be :*
Re: turkish deliight wine??
I have found that most ot these weird 'turbo brews' do not carry over the flavours that initialy go in there.
My Vimto wine is a nise fruity wine, but it tastes nothing like vimto.
Maybe doing a high %abv turbo water, filter and add the rose flavour after?
I make turbo cider and add strawberry or toffee flavourings as I bottle, and they work well to keep the flavouring.

yeah thats what i thought to be honest, ive seen kits for about a 20% base then you can add whatever flavour you like to it, if i could make it myself then that might be the way to go! i'll need to have a look for a recipe for the turbo water i think and try it soon!
