I don't think the cold will have done the yeast in, tbh, but it could still be a yeast problem.

Get another yeast and throw it, would be my next move, but maybe other on here will have better advice. I'm not really into anything other than Lidl juice and fruit flavours.

Presume you mean 30 bottle? not 30 litre?

What temp have you got the must at? keep it warm to help the ferment, but only 20 to 22c

Take an sg reading to confirm it matches your starting sg, then give it a good stir, it may help.

Then get hold of some Lalvin K1V1116 or some ec1118 yeast and get that in there if the sg still hasn't dropped.

Stupid question but.. You did sanitise your bucket, and rinse all the fluid out properly (Leaving a load of sulphite in there wouldn't be good for the yeast!)

I had a beer kit bought for me for my biirthday
MILESTONE BREWERY CRUSADER ALE (3 KILO) KIT - £19.99

And after a few days it still hadnt started, so I wrote an email to the company complaining saying the yeast had failed
and they happily sent me out a whole new kit the next day via DHL.
I added some of my own yeast to the orignal brew and it started fermenting ...
so just hoping that the stuff tastes nice because I've got a hell of a lot of it!!

Bad yeast in kits is very a very common isusse, dont feel bad about complaining!
