im going to have a go this weekend i was thinking about trying this, a red grape and blueberry (2xred1xblue) juice cartons red wine yeast some sugar and citric acid ferment out to dry,rack then add some red grape juice leave for a week then add a half bottle of brandy oak chips and leave in the dj for a month then bottle and leave until christmas , any ideas what i will get? ( i know i made this up but reading some recipes i think this will work ) or will i have to leave it for 6 month plus? any ideas ????????
