Latest TC tastes great

Just finished minimal conditioning and already tasting great:

2012-04-20
1/2l cranberry
1/2l very strong Earl grey
200g fresh ginger, thinly sliced, simmered in the tea for 20 mins
1/2l Welch's white grape apple and pear
3l Morrison's value AJ
tsp nutrient
1/2pkt Young's cider yeast

looks good. cranberry and ginger sounds a weird combination, what's it like?

I've added cranberry to a few now, it just rounds out the flavour a bit without being identifiable as itself, at 1/2litre in the gallon.
Surprisingly, the ginger doesn't stand out as ginger either, just adds more depth and warmth to the overal effect. I thought with that amount it'd be clearly recognisable. The last ginger TC I did was clearly a ginger TC.
