Out off date carafe 21 wine

Hi guys
Iv been given by a mate a 3 week express white wine called carafe 21 that is out of date. It was out of date December 2011 would you think that it's ok to try as my first wine. Iv looked at the instructions and I have all the stuff in the box

or should I just bin it. How long will it last. If its ok il do it this weekend.

It's worth a go, I'd suggest getting a fresh yeast sachet first though.
