Chocolate wine

I've seen a lot of chocolate wines around the shops and was wondering if there's a way of making it at home. After a very successful go at making wurzels orange wine I was thinking about upping the orange content to up the flavor in the final product and getting a chocolate flavor in there as well might make it interesting! I guess I could just throw in some choc flavoring in the secondary but that seems like cheating! lol Any ideas of how it could be done?

I've been meaning to have a go at this for a while, maybe using a cheap red kit as a base. I do know there's a recipe for chocolate mead somewhere on the 'net and was thinking of using that as a guide.
