Priming Turbo Cider

Post by J_P » Wed Apr 25, 2007 8:10 am

Hi All

I was wondering if anyone had tried priming turbo cider with juiced apples (opposed to apple juice!) if it's feasible how much do I use per gallon?

I've heard folks mentioning that it helps to improve the flavour. I suppose the next logical question would be which apples taste best? I may have to run a little experiment on the two batches that are almost done.

Cheers in advance

It just occurred to me that I never said thank you - how rude of me. Thank you!
