Another fine mess recovered, stanley

it'll be unknown strength, but not too bad - i'd guesstimate around the 7% mark when done so quite drinkable. Wait for it to ferment, then prime and bottle as you were going to; 2 weeks in the warm, 2 in the cool and then get amongst it
Thats the beauty of homebrew - its actually harder to make something bad/undrinkable than something good.....
