Another fine mess recovered, stanley :lol: it'll be unknown strength, but not too bad - i'd guesstimate around the 7% mark when done so quite drinkable. Wait for it to ferment, then prime and bottle as you were going to; 2 weeks in the warm, 2 in the cool and then get amongst it :D

Thats the beauty of homebrew - its actually harder to make something bad/undrinkable than something good.....

DJ(1) : Nowt
DJ(2) : N'otin....
In the Keg : Nada
Conditioning : Nowt
In the bottle : Cinnamonator TC, Apple Boost Cider, Apple & Strawberry Cider
Planning : AG #5 - Galaxy Pale (re-brew) / #6 - Alco-Brau (Special Brew Clone) / #7 Something belgian...

Thought I'd report back!

After 2 weeks, I tried a bottle....its strong, but very drinkable! I had 5 bottles the other night and it gave me memory loss!! I couldn't remember going to bed! Haha.

I need a recipe to brew some 4.5% Turbo cider I think. That would be more up my street!
