I made TC a month or so back, bottled it with a tsp of sugar and it was the first thing of my own that I have tasted.
made from asdas cheapo AJ and Its not a bad pint to be honest, a bit dry but perfectly drinkable.

It'll always be dry unless you pop a bit of Splenda (or equiv) in. But I like dry (and so does my wife)
I find adding a cup of stupidlystrong tea for tannin helps the bite, and half a litre of some other juice rounds out the flavour nicely - curent favourite is pomegranate

Yeh, I prime 1tsp per 500ml[or pint] to get a nice bit of fizz.
