Recently made a bit of a cockup whilst turbo cidering ( topic entitled " frankenstein" sorry having trouble linking) and as a result started looking into malted ciders. So any comments on this off the cuff recipe appreciated, cheers

10 lts dead cheapy apple juice. .supplier suggestions welcome
1lt strong overnight tea
500g light dme /5 ltr water/30 min boil
15g styrian @15 mins

Chill down wort by insertion of 2x2ltr sanitised frozen water bottles

Will use a gervin starter

Hopefully get 15 ltr length
