500ml Suma AJ concentrate, 1/2l Morrison's cranberry & raspberry, 1/2l Morrison's cranberry, 1/2l strong Yorkshire Gold tea, water to about 3.5l total
tsp nutrient, 1/2pkt Young's cider yeast
2012-09-24
Topped up with water
2012-10-08
Bottled

Notice this has had 11 weeks in the bottle now, it was not bad before but maybe just a bit sharp, now it's very nice.
