rhubarb wine?

Evening all, my rhubarbs growing like mad at the moment and I fancy doing a rhubarb wine, has any one got any tried and trusted recipes? Cheers.

+1 for that recipe, I forced my rhubarb this year and for some reason it popped up early so I made this recipe having seen it last month. It tastes good already and has a subtly to it, whereas when I made some before it was in yer face rhubarb!! Will prob make some more when I have space in the cupboard, although the rhubarb isn't pink anymore

Forgot to mention, I used a litre of white grape juice in place of the concentrate

There's some video, which I believe is on the winesathome channel on youtube that details "the best" method for juice extraction to achieve clear, hassle free rhubarb wine......

I bought 3 bags of rhubard (750g each) from farmfoods the other day. I put them in a strainer bag, added a crushed campden tab, a cup of black tea, a bag of sugar, covered with freshly boiled water and stirred. The next day I strained it out, added sugar to aim for 15%, yeast nutrient and yeast. It's taken off like a rocket, looking forward to drinking it.
