Hi, I've done a few turbo ciders using the youngs cider yeast but it has always turned out a bit minging, I don't know if I left it long enough to condition?? I have got a sachet of muntons wheat beer yeast that I didn't use, if I was to use that for a cider does anyone know how it would turn out????
Cheers

Re: Muntons wheat yeast
Muntons Wheat Yeast will certainly ferment it, but I don't know from experience what types of aromas and flavours it may add to apple juice. As always, if it finishes too dry (which is very likely if it's a Belgian wit strain), then you can always back-sweeten with some apple juice concentrate before bottling/kegging...
