An interesting thought, Ive seen the usual 'added honey' brews & Ive done a couple myself.
Has anyone tried any of the dark sugars such as molasses to see which effect this has on the TC?

I did one years ago, added cinnamon, turned out a quite nice xmas drink, full bodied and rich.

Ive added around 100g to an existing brew still on the go, lets see what we get.

Fraid not, your recipe sounds good, I think I added one stick of cinnamon which I could use in two ciders before the flavour went. May have been around 250gms of brown sugar but can't be sure.
