Hey everybody,
I'm just wondering about what yeast I should use?
I've ordered a £15 Wilko apple cider kit and a bag of BKE (contains maltodextrin etc.) from their 25% off all homebrew promo and I'm wondering what yeast to use. The options are:
1) Yeast that comes with cider kit.
2) Brewer's ale yeast from work - Heard it might impart more body
3) Any suggestions? There is a LHBS nearby.

I was going to suggest D-47 which I have used a few times and then I started looking and came across this page that I thought was of interest for you to read.CJR wrote:Hey everybody,
