My daughter asked if I could make a TC 4.5 - 5%.
Never had a target FG before, so what the hell, let`s do it! :D
1Lt mixed Fruit Juice from Tesco Polish food aisle.
3.5Lts Tesco basic AJ
1 mug Tea, 4 T bags
1tsp Yeast and Nutrient
SG @ 22deg 1034
Ha! Brilliant! If this hits 1000, should give me 4.7% :D =D>

wab,
I had a bottle of this 2wks after brewing, It was a very nice Fruity cider. :D
MrsAles going to Notts next week to see our Daughter, I`ll get her to bring a bottle back so I can post some pics!
