Like every year the fruit bushes (Raspberries, Gooseberries and blackcurrants) in the family garden are producing too much. There's usually a rush to freeze and give as much away as possible. However this year I thought i'd use some to ferment some evil fruit creation!
I cant find much info on making anything out of fruit. I was thinking, if I add some water and boil the fruit for a bit to kill anything living on it. Then either filter the big bits out and add some yeast. Was also thinking off boiling some hops and adding that too.
Anyone typed anything like this before? I'm really not sure what im trying to create here but I might give it a try.
