cider question

there arent by any chance preservatives in this apple juice are there?

if there were preservatives in there, then you can maybe remove some of them by giving it a really really good stir (I know oxygen freaks you beer boys out, but it will drive off sulphite if present)

or, the ferment may just be stuck...what is the current S.G.?

i barrelled it at 1035.
will stir it, add some more cider yeast and move it somewhere warmer.

I hope your barrel has a safety valve, mic. That's way too high for barreling except in certain circumstances.

If you'd put that into glass bottles, they'd explode.
