Last batch was still suffering from that infection, but no where near as bad. I've been rinsing and feeding it daily and I'll put another batch on tomorrow and see how that goes. I don't think the SCOBY would be what you're after as it has acetobacteria in it that eats the alcohol and leads to an almost non-alcoholic ginger beer.Manx Guy wrote:Hi!
