UPDATE:

I'm low on cash and low on brew at the moment so I had a hunt round in the garage to see what I could find... and low and behold, fopur or five bottles of Cherry Surprise in the "beer" fridge.

Brought three of them back up to the house and cracked them all open this evening.

Tastes pretty damn nice, very much like a dry fruit cider (surprisingly  ), feeling quite warm and fuzzy after three bottles, might have a few more tomorrow.

It was ewither this or the Atomic (yeast-bite) Lemon, the Gingwar Beer or the Curiously Fruity. I think I need to get some lemonade in for the others...

Cheers SW.

My Christmas stocks lasted for so long I didn't need to brew at all for about four months.

Probably going to do some TCs, THCs or cider kits for the summer barbecue season and then switch back over to strong dark beers for the autumn/Christmas. Got to get more experimental again as well.
