Don't worry i haven't forgotten about you guys. But the internet has been broken for 6 weeks now, im in london right now so ive got internet for the next 5 days. Does anyone know about any hombrew shops in london? Anyway, just before i left i bottled 4 litres of TC made from an "apple juice drink" not even real apple juice. it tasted of nothing and alcohol but it was ok so i bottled it with i teaspoon of sugar. Another question: i found something here called kalium pyrosulfit, which should mean something like potassium pyrosulphate, i forgot what the formula is but i suspect it's campden tablets, could that be?
