You all have been waiting anxiously I know (at least those who read last nights post)but my cider is ok. Back up to temp and fizzing nicely. so to celebrate got 4l turbo cider on go withasda juice hovis bread yeast and 200g of demerara sugar. I figure start with the basics and things can only get better. by the time I left work the TC was roarin away!!
