I have just made my third batch of TC, this time I am trying 4.5Ltrs apple juice,340g blossom honey,200g soft dark brown sugar and champagne yeast.
The SG is 1.075 not sure if this is ok or what I should expect to get when finished

I am also going to make hubby some Ale tonight, thought I would have a go at the Milestone olde home wrecker, thanks to the guys on here for recommending it.
