TC with cinnamon

In my next brew of TC i was going to add some cinnamon to give it a Christmasy taste, but not sure how much to add ?
I`ll only be making 5 ltrs and just wanted a hint not an overpowering taste, i`ll be using cinnamon stick,
any ideas would be most welcome.

I made TC with 2 cinnamon sticks in a demi john, 1 gallon. this gives a hint of cinnamon.
I also put molasses sugar in, however this made the TC a brown colour, not so nice.
Ive also done some with nutmegs, cardamoms and corriander in, i'll go & taste some later & let you know.

I tried my nutmeg TC last nite & its a bit strong, I put 2 halved nutmegs in a gallon, I reckon just a half would do........
