roscoff cider festival
i'm busy at the moment working on our cider making festival
the festival will be on the 11 of november from 2 pm to 1 am . during all the fest it will be working demonstration of milling and pressing cider.( with 2 cider press )
exposition of more than 100 apple varieties, honey and bees products, mead, live music all the day, concert on the evening, and "fest noz" (breton dance and music) at night .
food: chicken cook in cider with chips, bretons "crepes" (pan cake? ), jy real ale at the bar.......
