roscoff cider festival

i'm busy at the moment working on our cider making festival 8)

the festival will be on the 11 of november from 2 pm to 1 am . during all the fest it will be working demonstration of milling and pressing cider.( with 2 cider press :lol: )
exposition of more than 100 apple varieties, honey and bees products, mead, live music all the day, concert on the evening, and "fest noz" (breton dance and music) at night .
food: chicken cook in cider with chips, bretons "crepes" (pan cake? ), jy real ale at the bar....... 8)

my friend nick(brewer of cotswold brewery!) is coming with another friend from plymouth with a cask of cotswold beer 8)

Your festival sounds great JY. And the possibility that its a barrel of Cotswold Royal is too much to bear - what were those times andy?

I was in Roscoff a few years ago with my girlfriend as part of my camping holiday - no beer festival then :( although it was beautiful anyway 8)

i'm happy that you enjoyed your stay in roscoff BD :D

it's only beer/cider fest since 4 years, (with our association :) ) people like it, so now you know the way for a roscoff fest :)
I think that we are doing the biggest one on the november 11th 8)

it has nothing to do with the Armistice day, it's just because it's the best period to do it and also the 11th is a day off and can do a bigger week end some year :)
