
I made my Christmas mead on the 24 October and none of my fruit has sunk yet but has stopped bubbling
Is it ok to bottle yet or do I need to wait a little longer ?
Well I wouldn't bottle yet, but, I would be inclined to rack it off the fruit pulp before it starts to deteriorate and leave off flavours, don't bottle until it's stable and clear.mini-me wrote:Hi Merry Christmas to everyone![]()
