Ok prior to obtaining 2 demijons I wasnt overly fussed about cider, it was the 3rd drink of choice in most pubs i go to. Now howver Im enjoying the cheap tasty booze. My first batch was just 4lt of AJ fermented (with bread yeast like a heathen) then primed with another carton of aj an bottled. To start with it was rough as a badgers knee. 3 weeks later cracked a bottle an it was a lovely pint.
The second batch i made with 3lt of AJ 1lt of AJ+Raspberry. Ive not tried this yet as ive decided to let it sit an condition.
now the 3rd is a different animal altogether an im not sure how to treat it, 2lt of aj an 2lt of blackcurrant, so I spose TECHNICALLY its more of a wine than cider. so im not 100% sure how to treat it when it comes to the end of fermentation, should i treat it as cider an prime an bottle or should i not bother priming an bottle as a wine?
any suggestions?

Your second on is still turbo cider. except you can tell your mates its a snakebite! prime, leave and then drink later!
