apple tc-with pics

here is my first ever brew,start to finish, apple tc. tastes great. looks a little misty because i didn't pour it very well.much clearer in the bottles.really!!thanks to everyone who helped me on here, now i have the brewing bug!!







last night i put together a few more:
1. apple and lemon tc, 1 gallon
2.apple and tinned peaches, 1 gallon
3.lemon tc, 1litre, in a 1.5 litre demijon-just a little tester
4.rasberry and strawberry tc, 1 litre, 1.5 litre demijon-little tester

also bottled a batch of pomegranate and mixed fruit tc the other day which is conditioning now.so plenty for me and my mates to be drinking soon.
